The Friday Harbor Film Festival will screen the documentary A Concerned Citizen on Friday, October 25 at 4:15pm and again on Saturday, October 26 at 10:15am. Both screenings will be held at Whittier Theatre, located inside the San Juan Community Theatre.
A Concerned Citizen documents the work of Dr. Riki Ott, a citizen activist who predicted the Exxon Valdez oil spill hours before it happened. She came to the aid of her Alaskan community in their battle to get fair compensation for their loss of health and income.
